Managed Partner

What is a Managed Partner Trainer?

369MMAFIT operates two models side by side: a direct trainer marketplace where trainers manage their own client relationships, and a Managed Partner tier where the platform coordinates bookings on behalf of curated trainers.

This page explains what that means — for clients who want to book a Managed Partner, and for trainers who want to understand or apply for the tier.

Direct Marketplace

Self-managed trainer

  • Trainer receives matched client leads
  • Trainer unlocks leads and sends proposals
  • Client connects and arranges sessions directly
  • Trainer manages own schedule and communications
  • Available to all approved trainers via membership plan

Managed Partner

Platform-coordinated trainer

  • Platform manages client booking and coordination
  • Direct booking available from trainer profile
  • Curated and approval-based — not open to all
  • Trainer identified by Managed Partner badge
  • Separate terms agreed per trainer application
For Clients

What it means when you see a Managed Partner trainer

Direct trainer booking may be available

When you view a Managed Partner trainer's profile, you can book directly through the platform — without needing to submit a request first.

The platform handles coordination

Session scheduling, confirmations, and logistics for Managed Partners are handled by the 369MMAFIT team, not arranged independently with the trainer.

Consistent quality standard

Managed Partners are curated — they go through an additional qualification and approval process beyond standard trainer verification.

Same trust signal system applies

Managed Partners still display trust badges and verified credentials. The 'Managed Partner' badge indicates the additional platform-managed tier.

For Trainers

How Managed Partner status works for coaches

Approval-based, not self-signup

Managed Partner status is awarded through an application and review process. It is not available to all trainers — it reflects a curated operational partnership.

Platform-coordinated bookings

Unlike the direct marketplace model, bookings from clients are arranged and confirmed through the platform. You work within a defined schedule framework.

Separate from the lead marketplace

Managed Partners are not receiving leads through the standard subscription/unlock flow. Their client pipeline is managed differently.

Not mutually exclusive

In some configurations, a trainer can operate both as a Managed Partner for certain client types and as a direct marketplace trainer. Ask during the application.

How to Apply for Managed Partner Status

Applications are reviewed individually. You must have an active trainer account with a completed and verified profile before applying. Contact us via the partner inquiry form and describe your training background and why you're interested in the Managed Partner program.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can I request a specific Managed Partner trainer?

Yes. Managed Partner trainers appear in the trainer listing with a Managed Partner badge. Clients can view their profile and initiate booking directly from there.

Is Managed Partner available in all markets?

Managed Partner operations are currently concentrated in active markets (primarily Dubai). Expansion to other markets happens as the platform grows.

How do I apply to become a Managed Partner trainer?

Contact us through the partner inquiry form. Applications are reviewed individually. You'll need to already have an active trainer account and completed profile.

Does Managed Partner status cost more?

Managed Partner terms vary and are agreed per application. The standard trainer membership model does not apply to Managed Partners — the arrangement is discussed during review.
